THE HOLOCAUST THAT STILL HASN'T ENDED

 The Genocide in Gaza: the global catastrophe, has unveiled the worsening humanitarian crisis in Palestine, Congo, Sudan, Haiti, and Lebanon has exposed extensive war crimes by Israeli officials, with implications for global instability. This updated analysis examines the legal violations, identifies key perpetrators, and highlights their impact on civilians across multiple regions. As with the first part of this article, I will not be including any of the graphic images of the genocide of the Palestinian Holocaust, we journalists, humanitarians and the general population of people on this planet, have been horrified daily, to witness the atrocities, war crimes and blatant human rights violations to for the last year and counting. I'm scarred for life, this isn't 194 or the 1990's we have para-social relationships with the victims in Palestine and daily videos and photographs of the genocide live streamed.

A Year of Escalating Atrocities in Palestine, targeted killing of Civilians, since October 2023, Israeli airstrikes have killed 43,391 Palestinians, including 17,874 children and 11,230 women, with 60% of fatalities identified as non-combatants. Entire neighbourhoods in Gaza have been destroyed under directives from Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant and Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi, who publicly declared intentions to implement “unprecedented force.” These actions violate Article 51 of Additional Protocol to the Geneva Conventions, banning indiscriminate attacks.

Systematic Targeting of Hospitals and Medical Workers

Over 340 healthcare workers have died, and 97 hospitals and clinics have been obliterated under orders from military leadership, including Maj. Gen. Ghassan Alian, head of COGAT. Ambulances bombed mid-rescue and healthcare facilities razed to rubble demonstrate Israel’s breach of Article 18 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, mandating protection for medical personnel.

Starvation as a Weapon

Israel’s blockade, reinforced by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, has left 1.9 million Palestinians on the brink of starvation. Malnutrition-related deaths now exceed 62,413, with children disproportionately affected.

Starvation as a method of warfare contravenes Article 54 of Additional Protocol I and constitutes a war crime under the Rome Statute of the ICC. mass Displacement and Collective Punishment Evacuation orders affecting 85% of Gaza’s population, followed by bombing of escape routes, reflect a policy of collective punishment, overseen by National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir. Over 1.9 million Palestinians are now displaced, many seeking refuge in unsafe, bombed-out areas. This practice violates Article 33 of the Fourth Geneva Convention.

Israeli Military Misfires Killing Israelis!

Israeli forces have killed 1,706 Israelis due to mismanagement and errors, exceeding the number of Israeli civilians killed by Hamas. This underscores chaos in Israel’s military strategy, further discrediting claims of operational precision.

Escalation of Violence in Lebanon

Israeli strikes have claimed 2,710 lives and injured 12,592, including 350 children, under directives from Israeli Brigadier General Rafi Milo. Over 608,509 civilians are displaced, with 51 emergency centres and 55 hospitals rendered non-operational. These attacks target civilian infrastructure in violation of International Humanitarian Law.

War Crimes Against Journalists and Medics

Under Article 79 of Additional Protocol I, journalists and medical personnel are protected in armed conflicts. Yet, 27 journalists and 18 medics have been killed by Israeli forces in Lebanon,
further silencing accountability efforts.

Israel’s Complicity in Global Destabilization

Conflict in Congo, Israeli defense firms, such as Elbit Systems, have been linked to arms sales enabling conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This has perpetuated violence, fuelling the exploitation of
resources and contributing to the deaths of over 6 million people.

Arms in Sudan

In Sudan’s civil war, Israeli arms have reportedly supported rival factions, with Defence Minister Yoav Gallant linked to deals exacerbating the conflict. These actions undermine international peace efforts. As does militarization in Haiti, Israeli private security companies, such as G4S, have been accused of contributing to militarized crackdowns on civilian protests in Haiti, intensifying political instability and worsening the humanitarian crisis.

Violations of the Rome Statute
Israel’s actions qualify as:

• War crimes: Indiscriminate killings, attacks on protected groups, and starvation.

• Crimes against humanity: Forced displacement, systematic targeting of civilians, and murder.


Call to Action

The international community must:

1. Launch Investigations: Expedite ICC proceedings against Netanyahu, Gallant,
and others implicated in war crimes.

2. Sanction Arms Supplies: Suspend military aid to Israel, ensuring no resources
perpetuate these atrocities.

3. Secure Humanitarian Corridors: Enforce access to Gaza for food, water, and
medical supplies.


ICC Arrest Warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant: A Historic Reckoning

On November 21, 2024, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, accusing them of grave violations of international law. These include war crimes and crimes against humanity, such as the systematic starvation of the Palestinian population, intentional attacks on civilians, and the denial of humanitarian aid. The charges stem from actions during the Gaza conflict between October 8, 2023, and May 20, 2024. The ICC Pre-Trial Chamber determined there were reasonable grounds to believe that Netanyahu and Gallant orchestrated conditions leading to mass civilian suffering, including:

• Starvation as a Weapon: Blocking essential goods, including food, water, and
medical supplies, creating life-threatening conditions for millions.

• Deliberate Targeting of Civilians: Ordering or allowing airstrikes that targeted
densely populated neighbourhoods with no military justification.

• Medical Deprivation: Restricting the entry of essential medical equipment,
resulting in excruciating procedures performed without anaesthetics.

Netanyahu, in particular, has been identified as the civilian leader responsible for policies and actions that violated Article 8 of the Rome Statute, which prohibits attacks against civilians and the use of starvation as a method of warfare. His statements linking the blockade to war objectives directly support these allegations.


Validity of the Arrest Warrants

While Israel is not a party to the Rome Statute, the ICC asserts jurisdiction over crimes committed in Palestinian territories, recognized under its jurisdiction since 2015. Countries that are ICC members are legally bound to enforce these warrants, placing Netanyahu and Gallant at risk of arrest if they travel internationally. Some states, including France and the United States, have criticized the warrants, citing diplomatic immunity or questioning the ICC’s authority. Due to their benefit of this genocide. The United states wants a new gas and oil source. However, legal experts emphasize that immunity does not apply to war crimes or crimes against humanity. Claims on Antisemitism cannot be made by those who don’t comply with the Jewish religion of Judaism which is much different than the Zionism trying to steal the real Jewish religion and their identity.

Netanyahu’s actions are being compared to historical war criminals such as Adolf Hitler, though the scale and methods differ in context. Where Hitler orchestrated the Holocaust, a systematic genocide resulting in over six million deaths, Netanyahu’s policies in Gaza reflect modern forms of collective punishment and racial persecution.

• Scale of Starvation: Over 62,413 deaths in Gaza due to starvation and medical deprivation are directly linked to policies enforced by Netanyahu and Gallant. While Hitler used concentration camps, Netanyahu’s strategy involves territorial confinement in the largest modern concentration camp that is Palestine's Gaza and economic asphyxiation.

• Civilian Deaths from Attacks: Over 43,391 Palestinians, predominantly civilians,
have died due to Israeli airstrikes and blockades, a number rivalling historical mass atrocities.

• Global Implications: Netanyahu’s crimes extend beyond Gaza, with arms deals
and destabilization efforts linked to conflicts in Congo, Sudan, and Haiti, exacerbating violence and exploitation in vulnerable regions.

While Hitler’s crimes remain unparalleled in scope, Netanyahu and Gallant’s actions illustrate a
chilling adaptation of genocidal tactics in the modern era, leveraging technology and economic
sieges rather than direct mass extermination.


Call for Global Accountability

The ICC’s warrants mark a pivotal moment in international law, underscoring that no leader is above justice. However, enforcement remains uncertain, given geopolitical resistance and Israel’s refusal to cooperate. The global community must unite to:

1. Pressure ICC Member States: Ensure compliance with arrest warrants by
restricting Netanyahu and Gallant’s international mobility.

2. Halt Arms Supplies: Suspend military and financial support to Israel until
accountability is achieved.

3. Empower Legal Prosecution: Increase funding and cooperation for ICC
investigations to expedite trials.

Having served as a legal adviser to Israel’s Foreign Ministry in its early years, Meron has spent decades advocating for adherence to international law. Despite his deep personal ties to Israel, Meron has consistently condemned actions he deems illegal under the Geneva Conventions, such as settlement expansions and punitive demolitions. Meron’s role in advising the ICC highlights a unique moral authority. He has drawn on his Holocaust experiences to underline the dangers of state-sanctioned persecution and collective punishment, comparing the systematic deprivation in Gaza to strategies used by Nazi Germany. The warrants issued against Netanyahu and Gallant align with Meron’s long-held belief that international law must be upheld, even against powerful states.

Comparing Netanyahu to Historical War Criminals

While Adolf Hitler orchestrated the Holocaust, Netanyahu’s and the rest of the neo-nazi Zionists actions in Palestine represent a modern form of genocide. Where Hitler implemented industrialized extermination, Netanyahu has presided over policies systematically depriving 1.9 million Palestinians of basic necessities.

Under his directives:

This places Netanyahu and Gallant at risk of arrest, if they travel to ICC member countries. Although Israel and the United States are not ICC members, these warrants reinforce global efforts to hold leaders accountable for war crimes.

Why This Moment Matters

Meron’s Holocaust survival and his leadership in international justice provide a powerful counterpoint to claims that the ICC’s actions are antisemitic. By holding Netanyahu accountable, the ICC underscores that justice transcends nationality or history. It’s a call for
global leaders to act against oppression, ensuring that the lessons of the Holocaust guide contemporary responses to systemic violence.
 
The atrocities in Palestine, Lebanon, and beyond expose systemic disregard for international law under Israel’s leadership. Officials such as Netanyahu, Gallant, and others must face justice to prevent further escalation. Without immediate intervention, the cycle of violence will continue to devastate civilian lives and destabilize entire regions. The only illegal apartheid regime who has a child military prison, the only one in the world. What did a 5 year old do? They're imprisoned for existing, exactly what Hitler did with the real Jewish people of the WW2 Holocaust. This crisis is a test for global humanity and the rule of law—will you law enforcers act, or will you allow history to record your complicity? 
 
At the end of the day a whole ethnicity and their country has been annexed, such rich history in Palestine, ancient buildings and religious establishments destroyed by unmedicated, mentally deranged war mongers who are like spoiled children throwing tantrums, because their Daddy didn't give them Palestine, so they murder and squat, bad children need to be grounded! Their prosecution would not only bring justice to Palestinians but also set a precedent to deter future war crimes globally.
